Whether you’re new to my books or a long-time reader, this is the place to find answers to your most frequently asked questions—from reading order and book formats, to Patreon perks, Lockwood Heights, and more.

+ Is there a reading order to your books?

Nope! Every book can be read as a standalone, but each series is interconnected for extra emotional punch. Start with any book in any series of your choice and go from there.

+ Do you have a list of Trigger Warnings?

Yes! My stories are full of emotional journeys, swoony romances, and sometimes tough topics. Some storylines may include sensitive content that could be disturbing or triggering.

+ How do I get your e-books and audiobooks?

All of my eBooks and audiobooks are delivered instantly through BookFunnel via email. Sometimes, BookFunnel will drop them directly into your library, so make sure to check there too. If you run into any issues, email mickey@shopauthorkelsierae.com and we’ll get you taken care of.

+ Who do I contact to help me with an existing order?

If you need assistance with an existing order, please contact us here. My team and I do our best to respond within 24 hours, but we’re real humans (not robots 😉), so please be patient—especially around new releases and the holidays.

+ Do you offer wholesale pricing? 

Yes! I do offer wholesale pricing for businesses that want to stock my books or add them to subscription boxes. For details, email taylor@shopauthorkelsierae.com. 

+ Do you have a readers' group?

Yes! Team KR and I pop in the Kelsie Rae Readers Facebook Group on the regular to interact with you, have fun, and dish out some tea before it becomes public. Did I mention, it's free? 

+ What is Patreon?

Patreon is where I share behind-the-scenes extras, sneak peeks, and exclusive editions with my biggest fans. You can access it here.

+ How can I join the ARC or Content Team?

Great question! Around every release, TeamKR opens applications for both the ARC and Content Teams. If you’d like to be the first to know when applications open, make sure you’re subscribed to my newsletter. 😉

+ When and where are you doing signing events?

Events are always in the works, and they sometimes pop up unexpectedly. The best way to stay in the loop is by joining my newsletter and following me on Instagram. 

+ Do you have a family tree or relationship guide for your books?

Yes! I’ve created an official relationship guide for the Kelsie-verse so you can keep track of characters across all series. You can check it out here!

+ Where is Lockwood Heights located?

Lockwood Heights is fictional (sadly, you can’t visit… unless it’s in your imagination).
